Crepe Myrtle with Cirrus Clouds

Oil painting in situ, 2021, 50 x 40, Unframed. Sometimes the forms of the clouds match the texture of what's in the landscape. The crepe myrtle is a champion flowering tree, generous in time and volume. This gardenscape leads down to our house and it was painted looking out of my studio windows.
