About Us

Peter and Georgia Efford have followed their own art pathways together for over 50 years.  Peter specialises in drawing the human figure and some landscapes. Years of lecturing and leading life drawing groups stand behind his graceful and individual nude studies and portraits. Often worked in pastel. 

Both love the Australian bush and working en plein air. Their international travels circle around the great galleries and local sites. 

Georgia, earlier an art historian, revels in painting thier home and garden. Mainly oil painting and watercolour. She visualises and includes our landscapes earlier or spiritual inhabitants and moves through a sense of immense time. Ultimately to open the viewer's eyes to the deeper beauties of nature.
