Peter - Figure drawing

Peter is a Constant Artist in his devotion to drawing the human figure. The models may be old or young, slender or plump, from any cultural background, Australian or Balinese. His preferred medium is a pastel that is exactly the texture and colour that he chooses. Highlights are made through the removal process with a kneadable eraser. His weekly pattern is every Monday at a large lifedrawing group who meet in Bassendean, Perth. Possibly the largest life drawing group in Australia. After quick poses, the model holds the pose for several 20 minutes sessions. This means that Peter has to select works for this website from a multitude of A3 drawings plus drawings from models in his studio.
