Mary Moore “Flowers from a Georgeous Garden” woodblock

This woodblock of Mary Moore’s is very personal to me. Mary picked flowers from our garden so that on returning home she could make a limited edition of her print as a fundraiser for The Hunger Project. This was in 1981 and several of the prints sold immediately. Now the remaining prints are on our website with the funds from sales going to The Hunger Project whose inspiring societal change work continues. Each one is hand coloured in watercolour. It always has a strong immediacy. Mary is a famous establsihed artist in Australia. Unframed and with a specific hand torn edge to the paper.
